Delivery
Once you have placed your order please allow 21days for delivery. Goods are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, a signature will be required.

Returns
All our products are quality checked prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that you are less than satisfied with the quality of your order please contact us to discuss the matter. Should your order arrive damaged we will gladly replace the item for you upon receipt of the damaged item. We are only able to deal with such queries within 24hours of receipt, providing the items have not been used / worn and are returned in their original packaging. We are sorry but due to hygiene regulations we are unable to exchange earrings once they have been tried on or hair accessories if the packaging seal is broken.
